Data export
Users can request an export of account and configuration data from settings. Available exports may include profile data, preferences, consents, mailbox context, tasks, audit information, and operational beta data.
Account deletion
Account deletion is available from security settings. Account-related records and linked tokens are removed from operational storage where possible. Some minimal logs may be retained temporarily when needed for security, debugging, or legal obligations.
Revoking provider access
Users can revoke OAuth access from their Google or Microsoft account and manage which provider is active in Planny. The chosen permission level determines how much mailbox and calendar information is available.
