Closed beta
Planny is currently offered as a closed business beta for selected users. The beta is intended to validate reliability, provider connections, assistance, and safety flows before broader access is made available.
Use of the service
Planny is intended for business work support around inbox, calendar, drafts, approvals, and follow-up. Users are responsible for the accuracy of sent communications and for enabling permissions that fit their organization.
Payment during beta
Beta use is unpaid unless agreed otherwise in writing. Checkout, subscription management, and paid upgrades are not active in the closed beta.
Allowed accounts
Access runs through supported work providers such as Google and Microsoft. Users may only connect accounts for which they are authorized to grant mailbox and calendar access.
Assistance and approvals
Planny can prepare suggestions, classifications, and drafts. Sensitive actions should include an approval or safety layer. The customer remains responsible for reviewing important outgoing communication, contractual commitments, payments, legal responses, and other risky actions.
Availability and changes
We may change, improve, or limit functionality to maintain security, reliability, and compatibility with providers. Certain features may depend on external connections from Google, Microsoft, or other partners.
Termination
Users can delete their account and revoke provider access. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, security risks, fraud, breach of these terms, or misuse of provider integrations.
